We're grateful for these key relationships

TCAL enjoys a unique relationship with many of Tauranga’s charitable trusts and organisations, without their support, we could not provide some of the world-class facilities that we currently have on offer.

In particular, we are grateful for the support of Green Thistle, principal sponsor of the hydro-slide at Baywave and TECT (Tauranga Energy Consumer Trust) who in 2005, provided a $4 million grant to assist with Baywave’s construction, and in doing so, became the naming sponsor for the facility.

We also acknowledge the number of City Project Partners who worked with us to make Baywave a reality and in doing so, helped us to create one of this region’s major tourist and leisure attractions.
