About
TCAL (Tauranga City Aquatics Limited) is a Council Controlled Organisation and we have owned and managed Tauranga City Council's network of aquatic facilities since 2005. We are governed by a Board of Directors whose mandate is set annually with the adoption by Council of its Statement of Intent. This document sets out TCAL's mission and key deliverables for the coming 12 months.
